Robotic Welder
Shifts Available :
1st Shift : Monday through Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM
2nd Shift : Monday through Thursday, 3 PM - 1 AM
Pay Rate : $18.00-$28.00 per hour based on experience
Job Description / Duties :
Summary :
You'll be the maestro of MIG welding robots, ensuring every weld meets the customer's specifications for quantity and quality. You'll lead the charge in producing metal assemblies to the highest standards, while also assisting in other key tasks such as maintenance, material staging, and housekeeping.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Operate manual and / or robotic welding equipment with precision and care.
Interpret shop orders and engineering drawings to execute welds accurately.
Apply welds per specifications to produce high-quality finished products.
Assemble metal workpieces in fixtures, ensuring proper placement and alignment.
Measure dimensions of workpieces using various tools to ensure conformance to specifications.
Perform quality checks and report any issues to lead or supervisor.
Document and maintain information accurately in written or electronic form.
Safely perform finishing functions such as grinding and sanding.
Conduct preventive or corrective maintenance on robotic systems and welders.
Develop robotic path motions to optimize efficiency, safety, and quality.
Modify computer-controlled robot movements as needed.
Embrace and implement quality methods into your work with precision and dedication.
Work independently with a positive and strong work ethic.
