Job Description:
- Develop, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team through training, coaching, and performance management
- Monitor team sales benchmarks and drive continuous improvement
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new hires while promoting a culture of growth and accountability
- Coordinate and conduct sales meetings focused on promotions and execution strategies
- Ensure floor readiness with accurate tagging, clean displays, and assigned areas maintained to company standards
- Review and verify customer orders for accuracy using company systems
- Manage staff schedules, time off, and ensure adequate shift coverage
- Assist staff in resolving complex customer or policy-related concerns
- Handle administrative duties such as attendance tracking, HR paperwork, and incident reports
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Communicate operational needs and feedback to upper management
