Visual Display Associate
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Display Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with an eye for design who is eager to showcase products in a way that drives customer engagement and enhances the shopping experience.
General Objectives:
As a Visual Display Associate, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining showroom floor displays, designing and creating merchandising displays, and presenting fixtures that reflect our brand's quality and style.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store leadership to plan and design showroom floor layouts, focal points, and displays
- Design displays based on themes, trends, style, and current advertising
- Incorporate accessories to complement and enhance displays
- Optimize lighting to highlight displays and boost customer interaction
- Arrange tags and signage to improve merchandise presentation and reflect promotions
- Set up, maintain, and remove displays based on direction from store leadership and promotions
- Maintain accurate inventory records for display materials
- Receive, replenish, uncrate, and assemble accessories
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of practical experience in interior design, display merchandising, or home staging
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in Interior Design preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and comfortable using ladders
