Job Responsibilities
You will spend each day on site with an experienced team overseeing construction, maintenance, or mowing. Your responsibilities could include but are not limited to...
Manages and directs day to day job site operations
Understands and adheres to contract specifications on a job-by-job basis
Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment at all times and stops work immediately to rectify any unsafe situations
Responsible for following set means and methods for product installations
Responsible for the crew's maintenance of a professional demeanor on the job site
Communicates with customers about day to day happenings on the job site
Communicates with the operations manager to coordinate materials deliveries and adherence to schedules
Required Skills
Required Skills-
Expert in the safe and competent operation of a medium duty truck and/or trailer, tractor, loader. backhoe, skid steer, and mini excavator or mowers.
Understand and abide by dig safe markings and procedures.
Thorough knowledge of plant ID and proper planting technique means and methods and sequencing.
Expert in the care and handling of a large variety of plants.
Ability to read and follow blueprints.
Good organization and time management skills.
Ability to spot and eliminate waste.
Complete jobs in a safe, organized, productive fashion.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Mechanical aptitude.

$20-30 hour
