Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate project scheduling using tools such as Primavera to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Oversee subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure project milestones are met.
- Utilize construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, project tracking, and communication.
- Review schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process, utilizing tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical tasks when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of project developments, including timelines, materials used, and labor hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and tools (e.g., Primavera).
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams effectively.
