The Opportunity
Join our rapidly growing team at SiteWorker as an Assembly Technician! You’ll play a vital role in assembling and wiring utility control panels, demonstrating quality workmanship in custom fabrications. Be a key contributor in supporting our production operations, collaborating with engineering and field teams to deliver high-quality results.
The Team
You’ll work closely with a dedicated team of 3-5 production specialists in our production facility, collaborating with engineers and field services to ensure projects run smoothly.
The Environment
This is an on-site role at our production facility in El Dorado Hills, CA, where you’ll work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. Occasional travel to our headquarters may be required.

Your Key Contributions
- Interpret and provide feedback on product designs and parts lists • Gather necessary parts, tools, and materials for assemblies
- Wire cutting, stripping, labeling, and assembling electrical components
- Conduct power testing utilizing voltage, amps, and load knowledge
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Provide field services support as needed, with minimal travel
Traits for Success
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience with hand tools and assembly work
- Familiarity with NEC codes and basic electrical diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Bonus: Experience with electronics assembly or fabrication
