Overview: We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Pipefitter to join our team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipe systems in commercial settings, with a focus on plumbing, HVAC piping, and MEDGAS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, including HVAC and MEDGAS, in commercial facilities.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings for project installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with pipe systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Follow industry regulations and safety guidelines, especially concerning MEDGAS systems.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- MEDGAS Certification (required).
- Proven experience in pipefitting, plumbing, HVAC piping, and mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of safety codes and regulations related to MEDGAS and pipefitting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
