Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and a proven track record in business development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
  • Participate in telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote new offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in technical or technology sales.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
  • Experience with warm calling techniques and telemarketing strategies is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
