About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development leader who will develop and implement our global sales development strategy. The candidate will manage an external contractor and develop a world-class in-house sales development organization.

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for inbound and outbound sales development
  • Build working relationship between Sales Development, Marketing, and Sales
  • Help hire, retain, train, and attract new employees
  • Use talent management strategies to retain and develop team
  • Effectively communicate and report the team's progress

This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week at our Manchester, NH office. As this is a global role, flexibility in adjusting work schedules to accommodate meetings with other time zones is essential.

Requirements:

  • 8 years' experience in leadership, sales, sales development
  • Project management and change management experience
  • Closed loop marketing experience a plus
  • Experience in the software/tech industry
  • Success hitting quota/metrics
  • Able to multi-task
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives
  • Ability to manage both individual contributors as well as managers
