About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development leader who will develop and implement our global sales development strategy. The candidate will manage an external contractor and develop a world-class in-house sales development organization.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for inbound and outbound sales development
- Build working relationship between Sales Development, Marketing, and Sales
- Help hire, retain, train, and attract new employees
- Use talent management strategies to retain and develop team
- Effectively communicate and report the team's progress
This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week at our Manchester, NH office. As this is a global role, flexibility in adjusting work schedules to accommodate meetings with other time zones is essential.
Requirements:
- 8 years' experience in leadership, sales, sales development
- Project management and change management experience
- Closed loop marketing experience a plus
- Experience in the software/tech industry
- Success hitting quota/metrics
- Able to multi-task
- Highly organized
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives
- Ability to manage both individual contributors as well as managers
