Client is seeking a Business Analyst / Systems Tester who can provide functional and technical in-depth analysis and testing of Women Infant Children Program (WIC).
The BA / Tester will be a member of a team who will be responsible for :
- Writing test plans and testing critical eligibility applications
- Participating in JAD discussions and reviewing design documents to understand the testing requirements
- Compiling knowledge of Women Infant Children Program (WIC) knowledge to complete thorough system testing
- Documenting defects and collaborate with a team to ensure fixes have been applied correctly
- Completing smoke testing and providing support after major production releases
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Product Suites (Word, Excel, and Visio).
3-5 years working in a Business Analyst / Systems Testing position.
Experience defining business problems, gathering and documenting requirements, determining business solutions, and verifying solutions meet requirements.
Strong understanding of SDLC methodology.
Ability to handle extreme workloads with general direction.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient problem-solving skills.
Strong decision-making ability.
Must be adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
