Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Energy Service Agreements (ESA) and Professional Services Agreements (PSA) primarily in the K-12 and municipal environment. This may also include design-build at risk agreements.
- Collaborate with internal team members and external clients and stakeholders to drive efficiency, production and effective project and construction management plans.
- Develop project schedules, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
- Coordinate activities of project to ensure it progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
