About the Role

Sitemetric is searching for a bar-raising Part-time/Hybrid Badge Assembler to help keep our customer’s construction projects safe, secure, and running on time. The badging department contributes within a collaborative team environment
to meet production goals and provide items nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

This position works directly with the Badge Team. This role is located in Gainesville, VA.

Core responsibilities include:

• Assembling the inventory items provided to create a badge.

• Good eyesight and manual dexterity.

• Efficient communications with co-workers.

• Ensuring that products are assembled correctly and meet quality

standards

Qualifications

No previous manufacturing experience is required. Assemblers are trained on
the job by more experienced employees and begin by preforming one or two
simple tasks.

1. Working conditions include a production environment with physical
demands like repetitive motions and occasional lifting.

2. Badges are required to be completed and returned every business day
Mon - Fri, prior to 5 PM.

REQUIRED

• Reliable Transportation

• High School Degree

• Over the age 18

PREFERRED

• Basic mathematical skills - addition, subtraction.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective communication with the team.
