Position Overview
As a Bilingual Assistant Branch Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Branch Manager to ensure the success of our operations, encompassing inventory management, team development, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.
What you'll do :
- Create a motivating and collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork and aligns with SiteOne's values.
- Assist the Branch Manager in onboarding, training, and coaching branch associates.
- Empower all associates to provide exceptional customer value and cultivate a culture focused on customer success.
- Promote a safe workplace by leading by example, emphasizing safety practices every day.
- Foster a strong safety culture through organized practices, training, and policy execution.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics regularly to track and improve branch performance.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to evaluate performance metrics for continuous growth.
- Work with leadership and Field Support to implement new technologies that enhance business performance.
