Position Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to serve as the QA Automation Lead and Subject Matter expert for multiple projects. This role will be responsible for managing a team of test engineers, collaborating with developers, QA and Dev Ops teams to integrate automated tests into the CI / CD pipeline.

What you'll do :

• Manage and lead a team of Automation test engineers focused on a specific solution area / project.
• Support Test Engineers by providing backend information with SQL queries, sending or showing information contained in server files such as JSON calls or Analytics information.
• Create / review BDD feature files for both iOS and Android apps
• Manage the creation of the mobile automation suite the continuation of the online suite
• Analyze the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems
• Store and manage test scripts in GitHub Enterprise repositories.
• Set up and manage automated test execution using GitHub Actions.
• Analyze test results, debug failures, and report issues in a structured manner.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in code quality, maintainability, and scalability
• Create Master Test plan and work with QA Manager on Test Strategy for all automation projects, determining scope, schedule and sequence of test activities.
• Key Individual contribution on Automation of Feature development
• Manage and own Automation portfolio solutions from creation through implementation of the finalized solutions.
