As a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative, you will be knowledgeable, energetic, and deliver exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers. You will cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers, assist them with their questions and needs, and proactively identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you need to have excellent customer service skills, bilingual proficiency, and green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products. You must also be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
