Position Overview
The Wholesale Operations Assistant Manager plays a critical role in helping the Branch Manager achieve operational excellence. This includes inventory management, team development, customer satisfaction, and overall financial performance and growth.
What you'll do :
- Create a positive and collaborative environment that promotes teamwork aligned with SiteOne values.
- Assist the Branch Manager in onboarding, training, and coaching branch associates.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for customer service and instill a culture focused on customer success.
- Champion daily safety initiatives by modeling safe practices.
- Promote a culture of safety through workplace organization and compliance with safety policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly progress on improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to analyze performance metrics and track improvements.
- Work with leadership teams to understand the influence of emerging technologies on business performance, supporting their implementation actively.
