Position : UI / UX Software Director
Location : Santa Clara, USA
Skills & Experience :
- Proficiency in Web Application model, Angular, D3, SVG, WebSocket, HTML5, CSS, React, Node.js
- Good knowledge about Database, Communication model, Software Development BitBucket / GitHub, Atlassian / JIRA, NGINX
- 2 years of experience in UI / UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably leading a team of UI / UX designers and developers.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, as well as experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and advocate for design solutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
- Nice to have – experience on Networking Protocols, Security and IOT.
