What You’ll Do:
- Manage multi-family construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee budgeting, contract administration, procurement, and scheduling.
- Develop project estimates and present proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and change orders with subcontractors and vendors.
- Work closely with foremen and superintendents to ensure project efficiency and quality.
- Represent the company in client and stakeholder meetings.
- Train and mentor Project Engineers in company processes and construction best practices.
What You’ll Need:
- Multi-family residential construction experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in managing construction budgets, schedules, and financials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specs.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
