What You’ll Do:
- Recruit electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, cable technicians, and other skilled trades professionals for construction projects nationwide.
- Make outbound calls daily to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Build lasting relationships with job seekers to ensure strong job matches.
- Assist with applications and onboarding to keep the hiring process smooth.
- Work closely with payroll, compliance, and HR to support new hires.
- Attend team meetings to strategize and improve hiring efforts.
What You’ll Need:
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience (skilled trades, construction, or light industrial preferred).
- Strong communication skills – You’re comfortable talking to candidates all day.
- Tech-savvy – Familiar with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when needed.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
