What are the responsibilities and job description for the Renewals Operations Manager position at Sitetracker?
Sitetracker is looking for a Renewal Operations Manager (ideally based in Austin, TX) who is responsible for managing the renewal process for all of Sitetracker’s global customers.
This role is a critical part of the team that ensures our customers continue doing business with Sitetracker each year. This person will work with Sales, Customer Success, and Sitetracker leadership to ensure that all renewal steps are processed in a timely and expeditious manner. You will interface directly with the customer to gather key details related to the contract. As a Salesforce admin, you will also own the internal Salesforce process for managing renewals in our CRM.

Sitetracker was founded ten years ago with the singular focus of solving a problem that was first recognized within the telecommunications industry; how to effectively manage the volume, variety, and velocity of critical infrastructure projects needed to meet the demand of expanding wireless and cellular service. That problem has become even more pronounced due to the eventual explosion of 5G. Being able to effectively deploy infrastructure is going to be the differentiator between leading telecommunication providers.

The Skill Set:
- High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- Process oriented
- Salesforce administrator (development experience not required)
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides
- Ability to review contractual agreements to identify key commercial terms
- Consistent tracking and reporting of key metrics
- Cross collaboration within Sitetracker for adherence to internal processes
- Develop a deep understanding of Sitetracker’s renewal process, playbook, and metrics
- Take ownership of renewal reporting
- Develop and document a new go-forward playbook for managing the renewal process including (and up to) receiving payment
- Manage the renewal process for each renewal
- Take operational ownership and be the go to expert and owner for all active renewal opportunities
- Make recommendations on administrative and operational processes and tools to ensure contractual commitments are documented and obtained
- Tighten up the process on receiving POs from customers
- Be measured on how fast we invoice
- Take full ownership of the renewal playbook in terms of process, metrics, and executive reporting
- Identify cross-functional processes that align internal teams on commitment and agreements
- Analyze and streamline data captured in Sitetracker data Systems
- Have improved the time it takes Sitetracker to get paid on renewals
