Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. Our company produces construction manpower for our Oil & Gas customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in various office systems, and have a keen understanding of Microsoft Excel. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent support to our staff. Previous contruction/oil & gas experience preffered, but not required.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Handle timesheet data and ensure all information is accurately entered into our computerized systems.
- Assist with data entry.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in office software and computerized systems is essential.
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction
- Previous experience in a office preferred, but not required.
