My name is Ariana, single Mom with 2 children (2 boys, 3 and 12 years old). 12 year old doesn't need the baby sitting. He goes to school and back home on his own and makes food himself. He will sometimes baby sit while I'm at work. I need help with the younger one to take him to daycare sometimes, mostly just pick him up from school and baby sit a few hours until I'm back from work. Will need help on the fly sometimes if an emergency happends and he needs to be picked up. I started a new job and have already taken so many days off I'm worried I'm going to lose my job.
