Essential Functions
- Supports Escrow Department in file maintenance.
- Makes day end deposits.
- Creates daily reports for day-end processing for each account.
- Manually enters checks on deposit tickets and balances with computer totals.
- Tags receipts and prints deposit tickets.
- Uploads check data to bank accounts.
- Checks exception report data for proper amounts on issued checks.
- Enters monthly interest into savings accounts.
- Runs monthly report on 1099’s, checks on hold, trial balance and reconciles as necessary.
- Files annual 1099 annually.
- Balances disbursing Sheet with recorders sheet.
- Disburses files- check/wire/ACH.
- Receipt checks into account.
- Receives & receipts incoming and outgoing wire/ ACH for all files.
- Assists with stale dated checks.
- Assists with trial balance sheet.
- Assists with underwriters and auditors.
- Escheats fund to State as necessary.
- Adhere to company policy and guidelines.
- Always maintains confidentiality.
- Work as a "team-player" with co-workers in a respectful and supportive manner.
- Seek and participate in development and training opportunities.
- Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to operate standard business computers with advanced knowledge of related business applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.

- Minimum of 6 months’ experience with bookkeeping or accounting.
- Customer service experience, knowledge of real estate transactions and lending a plus.
- Ability to pass a credit and background screening.
