Bright, funny 13 year -old boy with physical disability seeking equally bright and creative school aide once he starts school in the fall... He is adorable and super sweet, but he cannot walk or talk. He would need someone STRONG who can lift him for transfers (he is about 100 lbs-he assists with the lift, but you do still need to be strong) and someone who can change his diapers too. We are looking for someone who can make a year commitment and who is loving, affectionate and high energy.Tasks include integrating disabled student into all aspects of the regular education classroom, facilitating learning and social interactions. Schedule varies, but looking for someone with roughly 9a-3p availability, Monday through Friday, in the Studio City area.Must be a pro-active self starter who can devise fun activities for a child with motor and verbal delays.
