What are the responsibilities and job description for the Afterschool childcare in Magnolia for 2 energetic boys position at Sittercity.com?
Kids: 2 boys age 5 and 9
Hrs: Mon/Tues 220-530/6 (~8/wk, can add more, days may be flexible).
Responsibilities: school pick-up then snack/play/light homework supervision/drive to activities.
Looking for: Warm, responsible person who genuinely enjoys working with kids, likes to both be active/play ball in the yard with the older one and get down on the floor to zoom cars, be silly/ play pretend with the younger. Experience in balancing needs of 2 kids, taking initiative in planning activities, experience in neurodiversity is a plus (9 yo is neurodivergent).
-Non-smoking/no drugs/vaccinated
-Cleaning driving record
-Childcare experience – particularly elementary age and with neurodiversity experience/background a plus.
-Good references
-Clean background check (we will pay)
-Ideally 2 days but will consider 1 day for the right candidate.
Salary : $28 - $36
