What are the responsibilities and job description for the Companion for Elderly Male - 7 - 10pm position at Sittercity.com?
We’re looking for someone to hang out at our rental with my 95-year old grandpa from about 7–10pm while we’re at a welcome party nearby (just 5 min away). He’ll be fed and settled in when you arrive - he will head right to bed. He’s small, mobile, super sweet and easygoing, but he has Lewy Body dementia, so we need someone there in case he wakes up a bit confused (he is in a new place for the weekend (wedding). If he does, we will be 5 minutes away.
Ideally, you’d also be available the next evening (Saturday, June 28) after he attends the wedding ceremony, but that’s optional. Happy to chat about details and timing over the phone.
Salary : $40
