Companion- nights

We are a family of 3. I work full time. Five to seven days a month i have to be away over night. My spouse is 60 and has early onset Alzheimers, and our son, 22, is developmentally disabled. My spouse is getting uncomfortable being here overnight with our son. She cannot remember his signs or understand his words. He tends to wander and attempt to raid the pantry when she has him alone. She also misplaces her phone and so on. I need them to be safe. Neither will leave the house, Currently she can remember her medications, she does forget his sometimes. I just need them to be safe and have someone who can call me or our older son if something goes haywire. CPR would be preferred.
