Evening Help

I am looking for care for my adult daughter who has special needs. She is an adult in age only. I would put her skill sets at between 3-5 years old. She has no concept of time so a lot of your job is to help her move on from one to task to the next. She needs help with most daily living activities to some extent. She is verbal but not conversational. She can answer simple questions accurately. Most of her conversations are done through what we call word games. Which is scripted conversations that she knows the outcome of. She is not autistic but she has a lot of similarities as some one with autism. She has self injurious behaviors and therefore is considered aggressive. You do have to intervene in those situations to help keep her safe from herself. You get extensive training on how to do this. She also really enjoys "girly" activities such as painting her nails and picking out her clothes. Weather permitting she enjoys being outside. *Please note there is potential for a raise after 6 months*
