Family household upkeep help

We are married with 3 adolescent children in about 1800 sq ft rural house. Recently, Grandma moved in with us due to a health condition. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and horses, pigs and chickens. We are looking for assistance with cleaning and organizing clutter in the household: kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and the 3 upstairs bedrooms. Our house is overwhelming at the best of times, and with the addition of grandma we are drowning. Dishes, laundry, clearing off counters and tables. Basic stuff that we cannot keep up with on our own at the moment. Open to answering questions. Thanks, Mark
