What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-time house manager & family assistant position at Sittercity.com?
Mom and dad both work full-time and are seeking a full-time House Manager/Family Assistant (30–40 hrs/week). Duties include school drop-offs/pickups, activity transport, light cleaning, laundry, dishes, errands, straightening, grocery shopping, and occasional childcare.
Must be very reliable, flexible, and great with kids. Early mornings (6:15–7am) may be occasionally needed when one parent is traveling (mom works 12 hour shifts).
Flexibility for occasional weekend care and off-hours care for parent getaways or other occasions is a plus.
We are looking for someone proactive who keeps our home running smoothly.
Prior experience with kids or household management strongly preferred.
