Townhouse: 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room/dining room area (2100 SF). Upstairs/downstairs. Patio with just outdoor grill and 2 lounge chairs. Typically takes 1 person ~3 hours to clean; 2 people 1.5 hours to clean.
Salary : $50 - $65
