We are seeking a compassionate and friendly individual to provide companionship and assistance for our mother at **The Meridian at Carolina Lakes**. She is independent in dressing and showering but would benefit from social support as she acclimates to her new community.
Hours: Some days Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (To be clear this will not be everyday. It would only fall Monday through Friday at the time frame.)
Responsibilities:
- Visit her room to ensure she is awake and ready for the day.
- Walk with her to lunch (no meal preparation required; you may bring your own food to eat separately).
- Accompany her to activities and encourage social engagement.
- Provide companionship through conversation and light activities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, patient, and engaging.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable in an assisted living setting.
