What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nanny for 2 kids (15 mo and 2.5 yo) 30-33 hours/week position at Sittercity.com?
Our daughter is 15 months old and our son is 2.5 years old. My husband and I both work from home and have some flexibility to help with the kids, so we want someone comfortable with us being very involved.
We need someone to keep the kids engaged with age appropriate activities, comfortable with discipline (not punishment), minimal screen time, comfortable outdoors, okay with 1 cat - no responsibilities that relate to the cat, but you can pet him if you want to. Lunch and snack prep required. Occasional library trips, too.
Days: Monday through Friday, possibly an occasional Saturday in place of a weekday the following week.
Hours: 9-4 pm with 30-60 minutes unpaid lunch while the kids nap. Duration of lunch can be discussed.
Comfortable with other caregivers and children as they meet up almost daily in our neighborhood.
