Part-time Nanny for 13 month old

We have a 13 month old daughter - she is curious, lively, and joyful. One parent works from home (I remain in my office to limit disrupting schedules or distress by her seeing me); other parent works outside of the home with a variable schedule. We are looking for someone who is active and consistently engaged, who is timely and dependable, who engages our child in developmentally-appropriate activities that foster her growth, and who is passionate about working with this age because toddlers have high highs and low lows. References are required in order to be considered for this position. Schedule is Mondays and Tuesdays 1-9pm. This position would be W2/payroll with guaranteed hours. Start date is flexible.
