We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Residential Family House Manager to join our busy household of five, including three active children (11 year old boy, 8 year old girl and 3 year old boy). The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing household tasks with efficiency and care. This is a great opportunity for someone who needs a flexible schedule. Hours can be anytime between 9-5pm for up to 2-3 hours a day. Additional hours are available and can be discussed. We are flexible, just need someone to help managing our household.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily household operations to ensure a smooth and functional home environment.
-Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
-Manage errands such as grocery shopping, picking up supplies, and other family needs.
-Wash dishes and keep the kitchen clean and organized.
-Maintain household organization, including tidying up common areas, bedrooms, organizing closets and storage spaces.
-Assist with coordinating schedules, appointments, and activities as needed.
-Support the family with occasional childcare if needed.
Requirements:
-Prior experience in household management or similar roles is highly preferred.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Ability to work independently and adapt to the family’s needs.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Salary : $15 - $20
