Looking for a fun caregiver to spend time with our Special Needs adult son during our vacation. Nathan would love a companion that will play games with him and take him to the hotel pool. In the pool he enjoys his diving toys. His favorite game is picture bingo.
Nathan is a special needs adult (22 yrs old) who is outgoing and easy to be around. He loves to play picture bingo, go for walks and swim. He enjoys music and likes watching videos on his iPad. Nathan loves Pop music and knows the words to MANY songs. Sometimes he will dance, but mostly in a big group. When he is excited, he hops up and down.
Nathan has global delays in all areas of development. He is most affected in his fine motor skills and requires assistance with dressing, eating, toileting and bathing. He is very verbal and loves music. He can be difficult to understand at first, but is very patient with his helpers and will happily repeat things or re phrase until he gets his point across. He is ambulatory, but needs supervising on rough or uneven terrain. He is not aware of danger and must be closely supervised near hazards (cars, drop-offs, pools, etc.).
