What are the responsibilities and job description for the Highly Motivated and Compassionate Caregiver Needed position at Sittercity?
The ideal candidate must have their own car and be comfortable with pets. Tutoring skills are a plus. We require someone who is attentive and engages positively with children.
We have a 16 month old, almost 3 year old and a 6 year old. All 3 children are homeschooled and I am looking for someone who can build a healthy relationship with each individual child. Someone who will be able to guide them through their daily lessons, prepare meals for them, clean up and tidy around the house with them, and set a good example all around. They are good kids, high energy and have some attention seeking behaviors. My oldest has ADHD and my middle is potentially neurodivergent as well so someone who is flexible in their approach and fun is a must! They do push boundaries as any kiddos do but they also know when to stop when you hold firm. We need 37 hours total, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off and looking to pay a set price of $450 every 4 weeks.
