What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occasional sitter needed for 4 year old boy with ASD position at Sittercity?
We have a 4 year old boy who is special needs- he is on the Autism Spectrum and currently non verbal. He is very sweet and loves to watch Sesame Street videos on his iPad. He is in the process of of toilet training. We also have two dogs who are very friendly.
We need the sitter to supervise our son and keep him entertained with his favorite activities such as coloring, playing in his room with his toys, and using his iPad. Our son does require more supervision than a neurotypical child for example he will put things in his mouth that are unsafe and color on the walls.
We also have 2 dogs who just need to be let into the backyard and let back in periodically.
