What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regular sitter needed on weekdays while mom works from home :) position at Sittercity?
IMPORTANT : Start time is ~8am, not midnight! : )
Our family consists of mom (Kelly), dad (Nick) and one-year-old baby boy Tyson. We have two VERY friendly dogs. I (mom) work from home in the biotech industry, my husband runs his family business outside the home.
We just need someone to help keep an eye on Tyson while I work from my home office. He might need you to give him a bottle or his favorite solids, work on his solo sitting and other motor skills, etc. - but its VERY casual. The perk to this particular job is that if you are a student, youre welcome to bring and work on your schoolwork (youre welcome to use our WiFi always), or just enjoy our large backyard, watch TV or movies (you can use our cable, On Demand, streaming services - whatever youd like)! The single only thing I ask of you is to just keep my little guy safe and happy while Im working in my home office, and the rest is up to you! (NOTE : I will not ask you to take Tyson anywhere, I will never ask you to do any kind of chores or errands.)
We have a single story home in Roane County, TN (Harriman address). its on a dead end street and its an extremely safe area where we are very close with our neighbors - its a wonderful little neighborhood!
IMPORTANT : While I may not full time coverage every week, I can guarantee a minimum of 25 hours of pay every week. Most weeks I will need your help at least 30 hours between Monday and Friday, but no matter what, you will take home 25 hours of pay every Friday. Additionally, I want you to know that if you work for my family, you will be treated like family! Youre welcome to kick your shoes off and hang out with baby just like you would in your own home. If you have an appointment or a commitment you need to leave for, just tell me - I will ALWAYS work with you!
