Situation Interactive is looking for a Freelance Event Producer in New York City.
The Event Producer is responsible for oversight and execution of our agency event series across Situation, Town Hall, and SituationUK. This role requires proactive collaboration with key agency stakeholders to produce events that meet stated objectives and agency marketing goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary point of contact for event calendar across the agency.
- Assign event dates in collaboration with the Content Lead, and maintain overall event calendar as changes occur.
- Develop and oversee event deliverable timelines based on agency marketing plan.
- Create and manage Asana boards, registration links, and webinar links (as applicable).
- Oversee and schedule event-related meetings including kickoffs, content check-ins, and rehearsals.
- Technical management and role assignment to ensure seamless event execution, including meeting scheduling, run-throughs, and day-of webinar or in-person management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Event Management, Producing, and Project Management.
