Examples of Duties
I. TEACHING (10%)
- Teach and evaluate medical students, residents, physician assistants and nurse
- Conduct teaching rounds on individuals in selected skilled nursing facilities.
- Provide teaching and modeling to fellows, residents and medical students on the
patients with complex needs.
- Work with geriatric interdisciplinary team members to define key outcomes expected

- Certification as Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the State of Illinois as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
