We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Technician to join our healthcare team at SIU Medicine. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting patient care and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist with preparation of examination rooms, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Relay results of diagnostic tests to patients, and explain medical instructions as indicated by physicians.
- Monitor and log equipment readings, and monitor patients' conditions throughout tests or procedures.
Requirements:
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Any one or any combination totaling six (6) months from the following categories: Six (6) months of work experience in direct patient care in a healthcare setting or equivalent.
