- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, prospective tenants, and vendors

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and other applicable laws

- Assist with the preparation of lease agreements, contracts, and other property-related documents
- Previous experience in customer service or property management is preferred
