Job Summary:
The HR Sr. Supervisor position is responsible for supervising and developing the skills of all HR personnel on a daily basis.
This role ensures that all tasks are being performed efficiently and that interactions with Team Members are conducted in a helpful and supportive manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Team Six Office Operation, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular audits of all ATS systems to identify any issues or concerns, and communicate them to the team to resolve.
- Ensure that all applicants are processed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Continuously train, evaluate, and coach/counsel all Team Six Office personnel to improve their performance and productivity.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and resourcefulness.
- Create and post employee schedules in Optim8, ensuring adequate staffing levels throughout all departments.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Enforce company attendance policies and procedures, including issuing warnings and counseling sessions as necessary.
- Prepare and communicate to relevant personnel any information about external agency associates.
- Assist with international arrival check-in/check-out procedures, including housing assignments, deposit collection, and signature gathering for housing contracts.
- Support the international supervisor with assigned tasks, such as cleaning units, collecting mail, reporting housing work orders, and executing housing events.
- Maintain open communication with departments to ensure proper staffing levels are met.
- Assist with screening, hiring, and onboarding Seasonal Employment applicants.
- Optimize staff usage to ensure the right number of personnel is available to meet Team Member volume demands.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency, is essential.
- A friendly and outgoing demeanor is necessary.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership development and organizational skills are required.
- Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
- Able to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time and as many as 14 hours a day.
- Able to occasionally lift at least 25 lbs consistently and carry 25lbs over various surfaces in all types of weather conditions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Professionalism, energy, self-motivation, ability to motivate others, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, OneNote, Publisher, and Outlook, are necessary.
- Experience designing and creating invitations and flyers is preferred.
- Able to read, write, understand, and speak English fluently.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities are required.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of Human Resource documents and personal information.
