Specific Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist with the configuration and deployment of network assets including, POS systems, sound, SFTV, etc.
- Provide support for Admissions, Retail and Food Service POS Systems.
- Provide and troubleshooting for 250 computers and other hardware.
- Support a multi-segmented multimode / single mode fiber optics network.
- Provide technical support to end-users covering all software and hardware related issues.
- Provide support for digital / analog telephone system for users and park attractions.
- Provide park-wide support on network based park-sound system.
- Maintain asset inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
