What are the responsibilities and job description for the PART TIME, SEASONAL IS SUPPORT TECH position at Six Flags America?

Specific Duties & Responsibilities :

Assist with the configuration and deployment of network assets including, POS systems, sound, SFTV, etc.
Provide support for Admissions, Retail and Food Service POS Systems.
Provide and troubleshooting for 250 computers and other hardware.
Support a multi-segmented multimode / single mode fiber optics network.
Provide technical support to end-users covering all software and hardware related issues.
Provide support for digital / analog telephone system for users and park attractions.
Provide park-wide support on network based park-sound system.
Maintain asset inventory.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Basic knowledge of Network Switching.

Must be able to work independently with limited or remote direction.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must have advanced computer literacy with strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications and experience with Windows operating systems.

Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to forty pounds occasionally.
