Job Summary
We are seeking a Resident Assistant to join our team at Six Flags Darien Lake. As a Resident Assistant, you will assist associates within our Housing Campus and help create a welcoming, fun, and exciting work experience for international associates.
Responsibilities:
- Explain, support, and enforce all policies and procedures.
- Establish a team environment through role modeling and focusing on Six Flags Darien Lake cornerstones and core values.
- Perform all administrative tasks, such as posting fliers in the building, completing weekly reports, and offering assistance as needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates.
- Good judgement and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Must possess above-average communication skills and be able to read, write and speak the English language effectively.
Physical Demands:
- Requires continuous standing, bending, walking, hand/eye coordination, lifting, vision, hearing, and speech.
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift 25lbs consistently and carry it at least 25 feet over various surfaces.
