Job Summary : This position provides fully skilled technical services for the HVAC Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Maintain and repair Park A / C, Heating & Refrigeration equipment?
Troubleshoot A / C, Heating & Refrigeration problems?
Installation of duct work and A / C equipment?
Installation of Refrigeration equipment?
Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HVAC & Refrigeration?
5 years' experience design and troubleshooting electrical HVAC & Refrigeration systems & equipment?
5 years' experience troubleshooting mechanical / electrical systems, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment?
Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Driver's License?
Solid reading, verbal / written communication skills, and ability to keep accurate written records.??
Full availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and Holidays?
Knowledge and use of various test and service equipment?
Knowledge of E.P.A. Standards and Regulations?
Qualifier :
Level 1 : Repair and maintenance of small appliances
Level 2 : Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at high pressure
Level 3 : Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at low-pressure
Other Functions : All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
