Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor productivity of labor force utilizing the workforce management system, reporting, and dashboards while providing feedback to operating divisions and managers on where over scheduling as well as under scheduling.
- Responsible for running daily financial reports.
- Build productive relationships with key partners across various fields such as Ops Finance, Revenue Planning, and Financial Reporting.
- Develop an understanding of the business through objective financial analysis and proactively share insights with partners and leadership.
- Evaluate current processes, make recommendations for improvements, and implement those improvements.
