What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Resort Auditor position at Six Flags Great Adventure?
Summary : This overnight position is responsible for operation of the front desk and completing all nightly tasks including posting room revenues, performing food and beverage audits, reconciling revenues and cash for daily operations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Posts room revenues.
- Balances cashier activity.
- Reconciles the day and runs nightly reports.
- Performs front desk duties when required.
- Handles guests concerns throughout the shift.
- Adheres to house rules, departmental policies, and safety standards at all times.
- Communicate clearly with guests and management.
- Respond to or channel any guest requests / complaints to the department or proper manager.
- Use problem-solving skills to professionally handle any guest issue, question, or concern.
- Operate the property management system as needed to review transactions, reservations, and post payments.
- Maintains cleanliness of work location, completes property walks, and maintains cleanliness of the hotel perimeter.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
